Tran Vu Ha Minh is an associate at Indochine Counsel, having joined the firm in March 2023. With over 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management and policy consulting in Vietnam and Japan, she brings a wealth of expertise in business management, accounting, audit, policy-making, and law to the firm.

Tran Vu Ha Minh holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Law from Hitotsubashi University in Japan. Additionally, she obtained a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from Aoyama University in Japan.

Tran Vu Ha Minh is an experienced infrastructure projects manager and policy consultant with a diverse background in business management, accounting, audit, policy-making, and law. She has worked with Japanese governmental agencies, including JICA and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, on international development and infrastructure projects. Her experience includes:

  • Survey on the introduction of self-reliance support services for the purpose of functional recovery
  • Feasibility studies of Flower Distribution Center in Da Lat city, Vietnam

Tran Vu Ha Minh also worked as a project executive in a major Japanese railways and real estate development company, where she successfully managed the bidding procedure for the new Airport Concession Project Fujisan Shizuoka Airport under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme of Shizuoka Prefecture Japan. She also planned and operated the first Vietnam Real Estates Selling Project in Japan and developed the "hikari" project at Binh Duong new city, as well as managed all commercial properties in railway lines in Japan.

At Indochine Counsel, Tran Vu Ha Minh works with lawyers to advise clients on a range of legal and regulatory matters related to infrastructure projects, mergers & acquisitions, technology & media, inward investment, and policy-making.
