Nguyen Thi Hong Duong joined Indochine Counsel in March 2009. Her experience includes advising on foreign investment, offshore investment, corporate & commercial matters, taxation, banking & finance, and employment related issues for companies doing business in Vietnam.
Duong has extensive knowledge in finance, accounting and taxation. She has over 12 years of managing financial issues in foreign companies. At one point she worked as a chief accountant for Japanese companies for over 10 years before she transitioned to law.
Before joining Indochine Counsel, Duong worked for VILAF for approximately three years.
