- Advised and acted for EQuest Education Group in relation to the investment made by KKR through KKR Global Impact Fund;
- Advised and acted for EQuest Education Group in relation to the acquisition of controlling stake in Khoi Nguyen Education Group;
- Advised and acted for a reputable education group on its debt financing for its strategic acquisition;
- Advised and acted for one of the largest players in Vietnam's hospitality industry with the transfer of a 100% stake;
- Advised and acted for a reputable Singapore-based payment firm to run multiple M&A deals simultaneously in fintech/tech space;
- Advised and acted for several leading solar developers in Singapore, Indonesia, and greater Asia, for the acquisition of various rooftop solar power projects nationwide;
- Advised and assisted a Chinese Industrial Group in a strategic acquisition of stakes in a local company engaged in manufacturing of clinker, cement, lime, gypsum, and mining activities; and
- Acted as a legal counsel for a study project on early-stage financing for innovative start-ups and SMEs in Vietnam: “Vietnam Venture Capital and Angel Financing Ecosystem”, as engaged the World Bank Group. This is part of the World Bank’s project in Vietnam: Promoting Innovation in Vietnam – “Vietnam Venture Capital Ecosystem Diagnostic to support Innovative Start-ups and SMEs".
