The Japan Desk is a specialized team within our law firm that focuses on establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, prospects, and other key stakeholders in the Japanese market who are currently investing in Vietnam or have investment and business interests in Vietnam (“Japanese Clients”). The main functions of the Japan Desk include:

• Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to identify and seize new business opportunities with Japanese Clients;
• Providing legal advice and assistance to Japanese Clients, including advising on Vietnamese laws and regulations, drafting and negotiating contracts, and representing clients in legal proceedings;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Japanese Clients, business partners, and other stakeholders who have investment and business interests in Vietnam;
• Staying up-to-date on legal, economic, and cultural developments in both Japan and Vietnam in order to provide informed and valuable advice to clients and prospects; and
• Collaborating with the other teams within the firm to provide seamless and integrated legal services to clients with interests in both Japan and Vietnam.

The Japan Desk is comprised of a team of highly skilled lawyers and business development professionals who are fluent in both Japanese and English, possessing in-depth knowledge and understanding of the legal, economic, and cultural landscapes in both Japan and Vietnam. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, tailor-made legal services that surpass the needs and expectations of our Japanese Clients and prospects, adding value to their business and contributing to their success.
